The project comprised minor alterations to and fitting out of a moth-balled building shell to create a Church and Community Centre with a multi-purpose hall/worship/café area, secondary halls, meeting rooms and a commercial type kitchen.  Associated external works formed a car park, landscaped areas and enclosed children’s play area.
HBW ensured that a suitable scheme was achievable within the limited budget and met the funder’s tight timeframes.  This was in part achieved by creatively facilitating the execution of certain structural alterations as a separate package prior to the main contract works.
