Designed by Archadia Chartered Architects for Christian Action (Enfield) Housing Association, Cyril Smith Court and Stratheden Lodge features twenty one-bedroom flats for older people and six two-bedroom wheelchair flats for younger people with physical disabilities.
The project achieved Code level 4 under the code for Sustainable Homes and used geothermal piles supplying energy for the site.
This project was procured traditionally with the use of Bills of Quantities with HBW fulfilling the role of Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator.
