This project comprised the design and construction of 13 large houses and associated roads and external works.
HBW as the Employers’ Agent assisted in managing neighbourly relations, in order to facilitate boundary works to the Client’s satisfaction, including appeasing the Local Planning Department.  HBW provided detailed monthly progress/financial reports and certificates for payment for both the Client’s Funder and Foreign Investors.
In additional HBW also undertook the role of CDM Co-ordinator for the project.
