This project comprised the demolition of an existing dilapidated church and the design and construction of new two storey church and four storey community health centre for the local Primary Care Trust.

HBW assisted both the church and the PCT in developing a joint scheme which perfectly served their individual purposes, which was the subject of a comprehensive development agreement.  HBW managed expectations of both end-users to ensure the project was delivered within important set financial constraints yet at the same time meeting their key specification and accommodation objectives.  HBW’s knowledge of the National Health Service’s requirements for Primary Care Premises together with their long experience of working on projects involving places of worship was essential in ensuring a successful project outcome.
