This project comprised the demolition of the existing church and the construction of a new Baptist Church, including worship space, offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, crèche and associated facilities spread over two storeys. The project was undertaken on a very tight site situated within a residential area. The main worship space utilised a feature laminated timber structure with specialist coloured glazing to all windows and external doors.
This project was procured traditionally with the use of Bills of Quantities with HBW fulfilling the role of Quantity Surveyor.
