Notification to the Health and Safety Executive

Issuing formal notification (F10) to the HSE.

Pre-Contract information

Assisting/advising clients with their duties under the regulations and with contractor appointment, establishing extent of information necessary for the pre-construction information production; and providing pre-construction information to contractors/designers as part of the tender package.

Co-ordination of designers

Liaising with designers/contractor to ensure sufficient management procedures are in place to see that projects are designed and managed to eliminate as many health and safety risks as possible.

Health and safety file

Collating the necessary information from contractors and designers and ensuring it is presented in a timely fashion to the building owner in a user friendly format.
