Preparing detailed bar chart programmes with each team members’ activities clearly represented in colour and with the critical path lines highlighted.
Liaising with design consultants
Co-ordinating other consultants, advising on consultants fee appointment documents, checking fee accounts against pre-agreed fee drawdown schedules and monitoring consultant outputs.
Contract administration
Being named as the Contract Administrator to take responsibility for chairing and producing minutes for all meetings, issuing contract instructions and all necessary certificates; removing the administrative burden from the design team.
Procurement of furniture, fittings and equipment
Establishing full list of requirements, preparing budget estimates, assisting client selection, preparing tender documents, obtaining quotes, analysing prices, making recommendations, organising deliveries and checking invoices.
